What is Not Covered?
To maintain transparency, please note that our warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
- External Factors: Damage caused by Dubai’s power surges, fluctuations in DEWA water pressure, or environmental sand/dust accumulation.
- Customer Misuse: Faults arising from overloading a washing machine, failing to clean AC filters, or using incorrect detergents/chemicals.
- Third-Party Tampering: If the appliance is opened or repaired by another company or an unauthorized individual after our service.
- Consumables: Items such as light bulbs, water filters, plastic shelves, and outer cosmetic casings.
